Can I learn Albanian online?

Yes — and for most people online is the most practical route. Outside Albania, Kosovo, and a few diaspora communities, in-person Albanian classes are rare, so learners lean on online tools, video, and remote tutoring. The material and the teachers are out there; you just reach them through a screen.

A good online setup usually combines three things: vocabulary practice you can do daily, listening to spoken Albanian, and regular speaking practice with someone who can correct you. Shqipify covers all three — free spaced-repetition flashcards and a CEFR level test to guide your practice, YouTube lessons for listening, and 1:1 tutoring with a native speaker when you want conversation and feedback.

You can start entirely for free, with no signup, and add live tutoring only when you are ready to speak.
